Drive results and production at every turn! Join Ideal Ready Mix as Plant Manager to manage the plant ensure quality deliveries, and guide your team to success. 


What You'll Do 

Manage daily plant operations, production, inventory, and delivery logistics 

Operate a Ready-Mix truck as needed to support deliveries

Lead, train, and develop plant and driver staff

Oversee safety programs and ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company policies 

Maintain trucks, equipment, and plant facilities in top condition 

Communicate with dispatch and customers to ensure on-time, high quality deliveries 

Requirements

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED (referred) 

CDL license with a clean driving record 

2+ years experience operating a Ready-Mix plant and equipment

Knowledge of concrete batching, mix designs, and production processes 

Leadership experience and strong communication skills

Ability to pass post-offer drug screen, physical and background check
