Reading Partners Paraprofessional
Sandshore Elementary School
Effective: August 31, 2026 for the 2026-2027 school year
Ten (10) month position
Seven (7) hours and ten (10) minutes per day



Job Summary

The Reading Partners Paraprofessional assists with small group reading instruction under the direction of the Reading Specialist. 


Qualifications

  1. High school diploma; college-level coursework in education or related field
  2. Successful experience working with children
  3. Knowledge of child growth and development and appropriate classroom practices
  4. Good oral and written communication skills
  5. Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status
  6. Teacher certification preferred

Salary: $17.46/hour - $21.10/hour
