What is a React Developer 1099 Contractor?

A React Developer 1099 Contractor is a self-employed professional who specializes in building user interfaces and web applications using the React JavaScript library. As a 1099 contractor, they work on a contract basis rather than as a traditional employee, and are responsible for handling their own taxes and benefits. These developers are hired by companies for specific projects or periods, providing flexibility to both the contractor and the business. Their main tasks typically include designing, developing, and maintaining front-end features using React, collaborating with teams, and ensuring a smooth user experience.

As we continue expanding into new markets, we're looking to build long-term relationships with talented engineers who value technically challenging work and collaborative partnerships.

While this opportunity is tied to an anticipated customer program, our goal is to establish a network of trusted engineering professionals for future projects as our business continues to grow. Exceptional candidates may also be considered for future W-2 employment opportunities as our team expands.

If you're an experienced Siemens NX designer interested in flexible, project-based engineering work, we'd love to hear from you.
