Overview
C2 Technologies seeks experienced 14G10 Air Defense Battle Management System Operator Instructors to support the U.S. Army’s 30th Air Defense Artillery Brigade at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. This is a unique opportunity to train and mentor the next generation of Air Defense soldiers in a dynamic and mission-critical environment.
We are hiring nine (9) instructors under a multi-year contract with optional surge support requirements. Candidates must be passionate about instruction, professional development, and national defense.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Advanced Individual Training (AIT) to 14G10 Air Defense Battle Management System Operator students using Army-approved Programs of Instruction (POIs).
  • Teach operational concepts related to Air Missile Defense Command and Control systems, including FAAD, Sentinel Radar, AMDPCS, and ADAM Cell systems.
  • Lead lessons on DivAD operations: EO, AMDWS, TAIS, and ADSI.
  • Instruct on system operations, integration, fault diagnostics, and power-up/shut-down procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain lesson plans, student materials, and training aids in alignment with TRADOC and SAT guidelines.
  • Administer and evaluate exams, provide feedback, and report student progress.
  • Update and validate course materials within 24 hours of curriculum changes.
  • Maintain professional classroom management and instructional standards.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on 14G systems and software.

Basic Qualifications
  • Graduate of the 14G MOS qualified course.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in the 14G ADA MOS.
  • Possess and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
  • Ability to provide documentation of 14G qualification (e.g., DD214, ERB, Certificate of Completion).
  • U.S. citizenship required.
Certification Requirements (within 90 days of hire)
  • Support Cadre Training Course (SCTC) or Cadre Support Course.
  • Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST).
  • Re-certification on the 14G10 Air Defense Battle Management System Operator course.
  • Completion of Army-mandated security and awareness trainings (Cyber Awareness, OPSEC, AT Level I, iWATCH, TARP, CUI, etc.).

Additional Requirements
  • Ability to work a 40-hour week, with flexibility for night shifts and training exercises.
  • Strong understanding of Army learning models, training system integration, and SAT instructional methods.
  • Professional demeanor and adherence to Army values and conduct policies.
  • Must be able to complete a favorable background investigation for access to government systems and facilities.
  • Willingness to sign and comply with a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous instructor certification or experience delivering military training.
  • Familiarity with TRADOC Regulations 350-6, 350-18, 350-70, and AR 350-1.
