Job description

General Description
This position, under the supervision of the Director will assist the program staff with case management administrative duties and client record keeping. Location will be in Vineland, NJ
Job Requirements (Performs other work-related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor)
  • Maintaining client records in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Coordinating, monitoring & documenting relevant issues for clients
  • Providing technical support for program staff, including client intake
  • Serving as a liaison between the professional staff, community agencies and clients
  • Participating in all mandated staff development sessions
  • Assisting with community resource meetings
  • Facilitate transportation for clients
  • Monitor utilization of program resources
  • Contacting institutions to confirm resident departure times
  • Generating program reports to track program services
  • Tracking client participation
  • Performing other duties as assigned by Program Personnel
Qualifications/Skill Requirements
One year of related experience in an office environment.
Knowledge:
Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel & Outlook)
Modern office principles and protocol
Basic business communications practices
Abilities:
Understand and comply with company and contract agency rules, regulations, policies and procedures;
Communicate effectively and all levels within and outside the organization; Express ideas clearly and completely, written and oral; Manage time to meet the responsibilities and duties of this position; Give attention to detail and follow-through; Establish and maintain appropriate working relationships with co-workers and contracting agency representatives; Execute all duties in accordance with this position description.
