Make an Impact on One of the Nations Most Complex Capital Programs
Rupert Construction Services is seeking a Project Controls Manager with deep experience supporting large-scale, multi-million-dollar construction programsideally within aviation environments. This role plays a critical function in ensuring projects stay aligned on schedule, budget, and execution strategy across a highly dynamic stakeholder landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support project milestones by reviewing work activities and coordinating micro-phasing schedules
  • Collaborate with designers, contractors, and stakeholders to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Coordinate cost tracking, reporting, and compliance with project controls standards
  • Develop and maintain schedule resource loading and progress monitoring systems
  • Prepare executive-level reporting and communicate budget/schedule variances
  • Review contractor payment applications for alignment with progress and schedule updates
Required Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of project controls experience on large-scale construction programs
  • Strong background supporting design and construction of complex infrastructure projects
