DESCRIPCIÓN GENERAL

El asistente de maestra, asistente flotante y personal sustituto tiene como principal responsabilidad apoyar a la maestra líder en satisfacer las necesidades del aula y de los niños, asegurando el cumplimiento de los lineamientos establecidos y las tareas asignadas. Este rol se enfoca en colaborar activamente en la estimulación y formación integral de los niños, garantizando en todo momento su bienestar físico, emocional y social, mientras se fomenta un ambiente seguro, enriquecedor y alineado con los valores de la escuela.
