Local brand, fast execution: Chicago-born, decision-makers on speed dial, installs scheduled quicklyโ€”no big-company red tape.
Hunting territory with air cover: Warm intros via PM networks, case studies, and a simple pricing narrative vs. incumbents.
Uncapped earnings: Base + commission with accelerators on over-quota performance.
Career runway: Grow into major accounts, team lead, or solutions/partnerships as we expand.
Real support: Sales enablement, CRM, proposal templates, and a responsive ops team for surveys, installs, and go-lives.
Day-in-the-life (what candidates can picture)
Morning: Survey a neighborhood. Drop in and introduce yourself.
Midday: Present a bulk Internet proposal to a 120-unit owner; align on launch plan.
Afternoon: Drop into three leasing offices; book demos; log/forecast cleanly in CRM.
End of day: Send a one-page summary + pricing; schedule site survey.

Build a 3โ€“4ร— pipeline in first 60 days; reliably book 10+ first meetings/week.
Close your first bulk deal in 90 days; maintain 1 new logo/month pace after ramp.
Keep CRM spotless; forecast within ยฑ10%; earn accelerators by hitting 110%+ of quota.
