Client Success Manager

Spectrum Billing Solutions is an industry-leading Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) company for healthcare organizations. We are looking for a RCM Client Success Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, tenacious and purpose-driven individual with the passion to help our clients achieve success. This is a remote or office/home hybrid position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Foster and develop strong client relationships.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for client communications.
  • Work cohesively with internal Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team.
  • Maintain understanding of RCM functions and workflows.
  • Serve as client partner and liaison while effectively collaborating with team members.
  • Identify needs of clients and opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in presentations to prospective clients.
  • Manage new client implementations.
  • Attend company-wide and team-specific meetings.
  • Participate in marketing and business development strategy.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of client relationship management and/or business development experience.
  • Healthcare and RCM experience preferred.
  • Master’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Self-starter, comfortable in a deadline-oriented environment.
