Job description

Job Title: Test and Evaluation SME
Location: Fort Belvoir, VA
Overview:
SkyBridge Tactical is seeking a highly motivated Test and Evaluation SME with strong experience in support of USSOCOM.
This Position is Contingent upon Contract Award to SkyBridge Tactical LLC
Responsibilities:
The Test and Evaluation SME’s Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Provides subject matter expertise in the testing and evaluation (T amp;E) necessary to facilitate the fielding of advanced and novel capabilities associated with Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), Electronic Warfare (EW), and Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), and SOF Mission Planning and the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze, Disseminate (F3EAD) cycle.
  • Provides assistance with the development of Program Test Strategy, including the development of the following: a roadmap to Fielding and Deployment Release (F amp;DR) decision, detailed/resource loaded test schedule, test risk register, and test readiness review checklists.
  • Assists with consolidating test plans, procedures, and data acquisition plan for each test event.
  • Assists in the T amp;E Working Integrated Product Team (WIPT.
  • Assists in aggregation, allocation, decomposition, and tracking of requirements in a Requirements Register and/or Requirements Correlation Matrix (RCM).
  • Assists in consolidating/managing test data and reports, and the drafting of F amp;DR package to ensure alignment with programmatic considerations of cost, schedule, performance, and risk.
Required Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of DoD test and evaluation processes and procedures.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of advanced and novel capabilities associated with Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), Electronic Warfare (EW), and Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), and SOF Mission Planning and the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze, Disseminate (F3EAD) cycle.
  • Bachelor or Masters Degree
  • Minimum of 16 Years of Experience
  • Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand and interpret complex government contract requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with proposal management tools (e.g., SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
