Position Title: Quality Assurance Specialist Sr.
Location: Reston, VA SCIF or Bolling AFB in DC at DIA HQ (JBAB).
Clearance: TS/SCI with CI Poly
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Six (6) years of experience.
Responsibilities
  • Consult regarding the production of a quality management plan, to include all requisite quality standards, checklists, report templates, and processes.
  • Monitor adherence to quality assurance plans and requirements by monitoring program implementation.
  • Perform internal audits to verify that records are in conformance to quality management plans/standards.
  • Facilitate changes to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), policies, training materials to ensure continuous quality improvement.
  • Developing QA plans for features or projects.
  • Review and analyze existing QA documents developed by others for the need for changes.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
  • Knowledge of quality management principles and quality assurance processes.
  • Ability to develop and maintain quality management plans, standards, checklists, and reporting templates.
  • Skill in monitoring compliance with established quality requirements.
  • Ability to conduct audits and assess conformance with quality standards.
  • Skill in reviewing, analyzing, and improving quality assurance documentation.
  • Ability to support continuous process improvement initiatives.
