The Pediatric Gastroenterology Division at CHOC is a thriving and collegial team of 14 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers, delivering comprehensive GI care across a broad spectrum of subspecialties. About the Opportunity: General Pediatric Gastroenterology

CHOC Children’s Hospital is seeking a full-time Pediatric Gastroenterologist to join its growing GI division. This role offers the opportunity to care for medically complex children within a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary model. Interest in nutrition is appreciated.

Position Highlights Include:

• Care for children with a wide range of chronic gastroenterology and liver conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Participation in academic teaching, research, and quality improvement initiatives, including involvement with the UCI-affiliated pediatric residency program

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatric Gastroenterology
• Eligible for California medical licensure
• Demonstrated commitment to team-based care, clinical excellence, and lifelong learning

• We encourage candidates with special interest in Nutrition to apply (not required)

Within CHOC Specialists, the Pediatric Subspecialty Faculty (PSF)—a private pediatric subspecialty group—serves as the employer for this position.
