Oracle FCCM (Financial Crime and Compliance Management) Consultant Charlotte NC Onsite Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle FCCM (Financial Crime and Compliance Management) Consultant to support implementation, configuration, customization, integration, and production support of Oracle FCCM solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Oracle Financial Crime applications, AML/KYC processes, data integration, SQL, and financial-services compliance environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, customize, and support Oracle FCCM solutions based on business and regulatory requirements.

  • Work with business and compliance teams to understand AML, KYC, sanctions, transaction monitoring, and financial crime requirements.

  • Configure and support Oracle FCCM modules such as AML, Transaction Monitoring, Customer Screening, Enterprise Case Management, and Know Your Customer (KYC).

  • Develop and troubleshoot AML transaction monitoring scenarios, rules, thresholds, alerts, and case workflows.

  • Perform data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting using Oracle SQL/PLSQL.

  • Support data ingestion and integration from core banking, customer, transaction, and external data sources into FCCM.

  • Work with FCCM data models, staging areas, mappings, interfaces, and batch processes.

  • Troubleshoot production issues, investigate application/data failures, and perform root-cause analysis (RCA).

  • Support application upgrades, patches, configuration changes, testing, deployments, and production releases.

  • Develop and execute SIT, UAT, regression, and integration testing for FCCM implementations.

  • Collaborate with application, database, infrastructure, QA, business, and compliance teams to resolve issues.

  • Prepare technical specifications, configuration documents, mapping documents, test cases, and operational documentation.

  • Monitor batch jobs and interfaces and ensure successful completion of FCCM data processing.

  • Support performance tuning and optimization of FCCM processes, SQL queries, and batch jobs.

  • Ensure solutions align with applicable financial crime compliance and regulatory requirements.


Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle FCCM.

  • Experience with Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) is highly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of AML / Anti-Money Laundering and financial crime processes.

  • Experience with Transaction Monitoring, Customer Screening, Case Management, and KYC.

  • Strong Oracle SQL / PL/SQL skills.

  • Experience with FCCM data models, data mappings, interfaces, and batch processing.

  • Experience with ETL/data integration and troubleshooting.

  • Strong production support, issue resolution, and root-cause analysis skills.

  • Experience with Unix/Linux shell scripting and batch processes.

  • Strong understanding of banking/financial-services data and transactions.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
