Job description

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end deployments of Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in RCA implementations, a strong understanding of revenue lifecycle management, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead RCA implementation projects from requirements gathering to deployment and post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, IT) to design and optimize revenue processes.
  • Configure RCA features including revenue recognition, contract amendments, billing, and subscription management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve RCA-related issues during implementation and production.
  • Provide RCA best practices, training, and documentation to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory standards during RCA deployments.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ months of hands-on RCA implementation experience (not CPQ or standard Revenue Cloud).
  • Proven track record of successful RCA deployments in enterprise environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem and integrations with ERP/financial systems.
  • Ability to analyze complex revenue processes and design RCA solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
