These skills ensure reliable network performance, timely issue resolution, and seamless communication services for clients and end-users.

What is an RBS Field Engineer?

RBS Field Engineers are professionals who specialize in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Radio Base Stations (RBS) used in cellular and wireless communication networks. They ensure that the equipment operates efficiently, perform routine inspections, and address any hardware or software issues that arise. Their work is critical for maintaining network quality, minimizing downtime, and supporting the rollout of new telecommunications technologies. RBS Field Engineers often work on-site at cell towers or mobile network facilities, collaborating with network engineers and other technical staff.
