Estimating Engineer - Join a Leader in Aerospace Manufacturing
RBC AeroComponents, a division of RBC Bearings, is a trusted contract manufacturer serving both commercial and military aerospace industries. We are known for precision, reliability, and the critical role our components play in advancing aviation and defense technologies.
As we continue to grow, we're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team.
What You'll Do
In this hands-on role, you'll play a key part in our customer quoting process from start to finish. Responsibilities include:
  • Review and organize customer quote requests
  • Source and quote out materials and outside processes
  • Provide completed estimates with cost and lead times
  • Generate part routings
  • Work with other departments including purchasing and manufacturing
  • Safety for self and others is a priority for the individual
  • Work in a team environment

Required Skills & Experience
  • Ability to interpret manufacturing blueprints and specifications
  • Advanced Excel Knowledge
  • Understanding of MRP or ERP systems
  • Professional Relationship Building

Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years working in a manufacturing environment
  • Minimum of 5 years working in an estimating position
