  • 60% outpatient and 40% surgical
  • Practice and ER call required
  • Patient census: average 25 patients per clinic day and 8-12 surgeries per week

  • Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base Salary + Productivity
  • Guaranteed Salary 12 months, Stay within 30 days PTO
  • After the guaranteed salary, there will be a switch to Productivity; No Cap on PTO as long as productivity is hit
