Urologist Position in AZ Located in Tucson, Arizona Full-Time & PermanentSeeking a BE/BC Urologist to join practice.* Full-time, employed opportunity* 5 year contract* Typical work week schedule: 4 days per week in the clinic and 1 day per week in the OR* 75% outpatient and 25% inpatient* Call 7 (24-hour) shifts per month with additional compensation.* Average 30 patients per clinic day and 510 surgeries per weekCompensation & Benefits:* Range: $390K-450K* Base Salary + Productivity* Guaranteed Salary 12 months, Stay within 30 days PTO* After the guaranteed salary, there will be a switch to Productivity; No Cap on PTO as long as productivity is hit* Busy Practice, Within the First Year you will already receive bonuses* Possible Relocation Assistance* CME: 5KLocation:Tucson is a city of 1 million people that is often described as having a smaller town feel.
