The Sea-Launched Cruise Missile-Nuclear (SLCM-N) program is a critical Navy initiative designed to provide the United States with a "non-strategic regional presence" that deters adversaries. To support the successful development of the SLCM-N missile, Raytheon must establish state-of-the-art lab facilities, missile assembly areas, and secure information systems that meet program requirements.

As the SLCM-N Lab and Cyber Infrastructure Program Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating with Raytheon facilities, security, digital technology (DT), cyber security, the SLCM-N IPTLs, and the Chief Engineer (CE) to plan, fund, and execute the standup and certification of all SLCM-N program-required labs, missile assembly facilities, and information systems. • Represent the interests of the program team in all facility-related coordination within Raytheon, ensuring labs and facilities are delivered on schedule to support integration, testing, and general seating for the growing team.
  • Oversee the certification of lab facilities and information systems to meet program security and operational requirements.
  • Support the SLCM-N Program Director, IPTLs, and Chief Engineer in identifying risks and mitigation strategies related to facility construction, funding, and readiness.
  • Provide regular updates to program leadership on facility progress, budget status, and readiness to support program milestones.
  • Some travel to support business needs.
