Department: Security/Operations
Location(s): Tropicana Field, Al Lang Stadum - St. Petersburg, FL
Job Status: Full Time and Part Time positions available
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Rays Security Guards are uniformed, forward-facing security representatives of a dynamic and diverse organization. Rays Guards perform the daily security program elements at Tropicana Field and Al Lang Stadium. Rays Guards enhance the guest and employee experience by ensuring a safe and secure environment, patrolling stadium spaces and grounds, controlling access, and reporting issues of concern.
Duties:
ยท Control access at entry points
ยท Patrol stadium grounds, buildings and other assigned areas
ยท Respond to incidents and emergencies following established protocols
ยท Monitor CCTV and other security technology
ยท Ensure security program requirements are achieved at your assigned fixed or mobile security post during your shift
ยท Conduct routine safety and inspections as assigned to identify hazards
ยท Coordinate with public safety officials when appropriate
ยท Complete reports, log activities, and other assigned administrative duties
ยท Assist with operational needs of the stadium and other departments
ยท Provide courteous and friendly service to all employees and guests
ยท Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information
