Baltimore Ravens 50/50 Raffle Seller 2026

Dept: Guest Experience

Position Reports To: Director of Guest Experience

General Description: The Baltimore Ravens are seeking enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to serve as 50/50 Raffle Sellers during Ravens Gameday/Events. In this role, you will engage with guests before and during games to promote and sell raffle tickets. You will be responsible for processing sales by using a credit card reader and raffle software. Ideal candidates will have strong communication and sales skills, the ability to interact positively with large crowds, and a passion for supporting our Ravens Foundation Initiatives.

This position requires reliability, attention to detail, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and various weather conditions.

Job Responsibilities and/or Duties:

  • Approach guests' pre-game and in-game to explain the details of the 50/50 raffle program while communicating information about Ravens Foundation mission, core programs, and fundraising platforms.
  • Accurately handle the sale and distribution of the tickets, following program requirements.
  • Be able to process raffle sales using a credit card reader and raffle software device.
  • Answer fan questions regarding the raffle program as well as Ravens Foundation Information
  • Provide high-quality customer service interaction with guests to enhance the fan experience throughout game day.

Qualifications:

  • Prior sales experience and experience with payment process systems required.
  • Must be able to work all Baltimore Ravens home games for the including preseason and post season.
  • Must have a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays, as necessary.
  • Must be able to walk up and down numerous steps and long distances in parking lots and around the stadium complex.
  • Must be able to stand for the majority of time worked.
  • Must be a self-starter that challenges oneself to increase their individual raffle ticket sales.
  • Ability to interact positively with a large fan base.
  • Ability to maintain integrity and professionalism while representing the organization.
  • Capable of moving/lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions.
