Salary: $43.01- $47.34 (depending on experience)

Preference: Candidates must possess a master’s degree in social work from an institution accredited by the Council of Social Work Education, have 3 – 5 years’ experience as a clinical social worker and be licenses to practice social work in the state of Ohio
Additional: The candidate shall provide services between the core work hours of 0730 and 1630, Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time, unless specified otherwise

Job Description/ Psychological Behavioral Health Coordinator:
· Conducts intake evaluations, psycho-diagnostic assessments, and needs assessments, while delivering Traumatic Event Management (TEM) services and managing time-sensitive crisis calls (including off-duty OHIOCARES resource line monitoring).
· Develops, implements, and oversees behavioral health prevention programs, educational classes, and skill-building initiatives informed by comprehensive needs assessments and Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunity, and Threat (SWOT) analyses.
· Coordinates with National Guard, military, and civilian agencies to establish community partnerships, facilitate timely information exchange, and drive collaborative prevention efforts.
· Maintains accurate clinical and administrative activity data in required formats and prepares comprehensive statistical and narrative reports regarding behavioral health operations.
Provides professional assessment, advice, education, and training to other military and non-military health care professionals, medical personnel, military commanders/senior leaders concerning primary and secondary prevention programs.
Qualifications:
