Diehl Subaru of Massillon is looking for an experienced Flat Rate Automotive Detailer to join our growing team. If you take pride in producing showroom-quality vehicles, work efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform complete interior and exterior vehicle detailing
  • Buff, polish, wax, and apply protective coatings as needed
  • Shampoo carpets and upholstery
  • Clean engine compartments and door jambs
  • Remove minor surface imperfections and prepare vehicles for delivery
  • Inspect completed vehicles to ensure they meet Diehl quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

  • Previous automotive detailing experience is required
  • Flat-rate dealership detailing experience preferred
  • Ability to produce high-quality work while maintaining efficiency
