About the Role:


**Preferred but not required 10-15 years German line dealer flat rate technician**

We are seeking a highly skilled Flat Rate Technician to join our team in the Retail Trade industry. As a Flat Rate Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles efficiently and accurately. Your main goal will be to provide exceptional service to our customers and ensure their satisfaction. You will work closely with our service advisors and other technicians to ensure that all repairs are completed in a timely and professional manner. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits packages.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently and accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ASE certification
  • Experience with a variety of vehicle makes and models
  • Experience with electronic diagnostic equipment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

  • Performing vehicle repairs and maintenance work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy
