Position Summary:

This role provides senior-level federal real estate expertise and full lifecycle strategic advisory support for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Protective Service (FPS) Facilities Management Branch. The Strategic Real Estate Analyst serves as the contractor team's authoritative Real Estate Subject Matter Expert (SME), responsible for guiding FPS leadership through every stage of real property portfolio management — from strategic planning and occupancy agreement strategy through space optimization, business case analysis, and executive decision support. Working as Key Personnel and in close coordination with the Contractor Program Manager and FPS Space Management Branch leadership, this analyst ensures that FPS's approximately 820,000 square-foot portfolio, comprising roughly 180 offices and 280 occupancy agreements, is aligned with mission requirements, federal space utilization policies, and long-term agency goals.

The SME will work in close coordination with the Contractor Program Manager and the Real Estate/Occupancy Agreement Specialist, supporting FPS's direct stakeholders within the Facilities Management Branch and coordinating with GSA, DHS, and Tenant Agency representatives across the National Capital Region and nationwide.

Responsibilities:

• Develop annual Cost Savings Analyses identifying realized and projected efficiencies across the portfolio
