What you'll do with us
- Own daily office operations for Range's HQ and continuously improve how the workplace function scales with the company
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leadership on all office and facilities matters, anticipating needs before they arise
- Lead new office space projects, including site evaluation, buildout coordination, and operational setup
- Greet visitors and ensure a welcoming, professional experience
- Remotely support ordering, vendor coordination, and visitor management for our NYC office; potentially manage the NYC Office and Operations Specialist
- Manage vendor relationships, facilities maintenance, and property management
- Oversee office supplies, equipment inventory, and budget management
- Assist with new hire onboarding
- Develop and implement scalable office policies and procedures
- Plan and execute team events, including venue research and booking
- Proven experience in a senior office management or operations role; tech or high-growth startup background strongly preferred
- Strategic thinker who builds systems, not just follows them
- Experience with new office space projects, from site selection through operational setup
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills; able to manage a wide range of tasks independently
- High EQ, discretion, and professionalism with senior leaders and executives
- Excellent customer service skills and an experience-driven mindset; hospitality background is a plus
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Sharp attention to detail with excellent follow-through
- Proactive problem-solver who operates well in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
