As a Sourcer at Range, you'll be a key driver of our technical hiring pipeline, supporting top-of-funnel recruiting efforts across engineering, product, data, and other technical teams. - Track and manage sourcing activity, outreach performance, and pipeline health in the ATS
- Experiment with new sourcing strategies, tools, and messaging to continuously improve response rates and candidate quality
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Range, delivering a best-in-class candidate experience from first touchpoint
What will set you apart
- 4+ years of experience sourcing technical talent (engineering, data, product, or similar roles)
- Experience sourcing at a large tech company or agency
- Strong understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and candidate profiles
- A creative and resourceful approach to sourcing, you think beyond standard searches and outreach templates
- Proven ability to engage technical candidates through compelling, personalized messaging
