Position Overview:

Perform routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions in marine equipment and systems.Test finished electrical units to ensure they meet safety and performance standards.Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to guide installation and repair work.

Essential Functions:

  • Proven work experience in electrical assembly.

  • Knowledge of marine electrical systems and componentsa plus.

  • Ability to read and understand technical diagrams and blueprints.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Commitment to safety and procedural guidelines.

The pay range for this position is23.50-28.10 hourly.The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus or short-term incentive program.This position is also eligible foranaward target as part of Brunswick's long-term incentive program.
