Pay Rate: 30-42 (Based on experience)

Hybrid - 3 days in-office, 2 days remote

Contract role through Randstad - 3 month to start - (potential to convert to permanent, based on performance, attendance and business needs downstream)

Main Location: 6901 S Havana St. Centennial, CO is the office address they will report out of. Hybrid model. 2 days in office (Tuesday & Thursday), Wednesday is site visit day; Monday & Friday are remote days.

25% travel - visits per month at one of our 5 locations:

  • Littleton, CO
  • Castle Rock, CO
  • Porter, CO
  • Avista, CO
  • Parker, CO

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
salary: $30 - $42 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

  • Partners with hiring managers to develop staffing needs reviewing regular attrition rates, new business plans and potential retirements.
  • Develops strategy to acquire talent to assure vacancies are kept to facility specified levels, new and expanding programs are staffed for opening dates, and retirement replacement plans are executed.
  • Learns and articulates the business line to market positions to potential candidates.
  • Uses an intake process with hiring managers, develops recruitment plan and sets SLA’s.
  • Sources and recruits to develop candidates. Develops skills to pre-close candidates during candidate intake.
  • Using Behavioral Interview techniques, interviews, resumes, credentials reviews and assessments, determines candidates who are a mission fit, meet the minimum knowledge, skills and abilities to be a good fit for the position.
  • Prepares salary offers and receives approval of the hiring managers.
  • Prepares and extends the job offer, sign on bonuses, seasonal agreement, relocation agreements and any other incentives. Manages counter offers as necessary.
  • Develops knowledge of benefit plans, incentives and corporate and facility policies and addresses applicant inquiries.
  • Maintains accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress in applicant tracking system.
