Description
Summary of the Position:
The inventory cycle counter is responsible for accurate and on-going cycle counts and reconciliations.
Functions Of The Position
  • Physically counts random locations and compares to perpetual on-hand quantities.
  • Consistently maintains accurate perpetual inventories by cycle counting random locations.
  • Operates forklift in a safe manner to perform responsibilities.
  • Assists to ensure first in, first out (FIFO) system is maintained.
  • Makes appropriate recommendations to inventory control supervisor regarding methods to improve inventory accuracies and efficiencies.

Qualifications:
  • One or more years of experience in general warehouse or inventory.
  • Sit-down and stand-up forklift certification required.
  • Cherry picker and pallet rider certification preferred.
  • Attention to detail
  • Good verbal and writing communications skills
  • Ability to read, write and speak English.
