Description
We're looking for a Principal Product Manager to work on our technology platform and service offerings across the cyber ecosystem.
This role requires a seasoned product professional with extensive experience across cybersecurity defensive and governance offerings, along with a strong understanding of evolving industry use cases and the impact of AI on the cybersecurity landscape. The position will drive the definition and evolution of capabilities that address critical customer needs across multiple market segments while helping advance innovative approaches to modern cyber defense.
Key Responsibilities
Following are the major results needed for success in the role. Additional responsibilities, tasks and duties will be assigned and required as needed.
• 8+ years of experience in defining and building offerings for cyber defenders, CISOs or both - ideally inclusive of managed services or consulting services
• Extensive knowledge of at least two of the following domains:
o Offensive Security / Penetration Testing
o SIEM and Security Data Lakes
o Cloud Security (CNAPP, CSPM)
o Endpoint Detection and Response
o Network Detection and Response
o Vulnerability Management
o Application Security
o Threat Exposure Management
o Continuous Controls Monitoring
• Superior, demonstrated skill in defining and driving requirements throughout the software and service development lifecycles
• A track record of successfully delivering new offerings to market that define or advance the standard by which other offerings are judged
• The knowledge of when to "push" and "pull" to produce consistent, repeatable, high-quality delivery from the teams you're leading
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships that foster collaborative work across all aspects of an organization
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to address technical and non-technical audiences, including senior executives
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• US Citizens only

• Prior experience with creation of managed service offerings, ideally at scale
• Prior experience in early-stage technology companies
