About One Way Safety
One Way Safety is a leading safety products distributor dedicated to protecting workers across the Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, and Construction industries.

The Role
Looking for a self-motivated individual interested in a great opportunity to work for a small industrial safety company. This position involves a combination of local driving and warehouse duties. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities
- Driving: Making local deliveries and pickups in Illinois and Indiana. You will be responsible for following efficient routes and maintaining professional relationships with clients.
- Warehouse: Picking and receiving orders, stocking inventory, labeling/packaging, and conducting inventory counts.
- Maintenance: Keeping vehicles and trailers clean, performing CDL inspections, and reporting necessary repairs (e.g., oil changes, tire issues).
- Operations: Using Odoo for order processing and signatures, and providing regular updates via RingCentral.
- Safety: Adhering to all plant rules, safety protocols, and road regulations.

Key Requirements
- Commercial License: Class A, B, or C CDL Driver. Must obtain a hazmat endorsement within 30 days of employment.
- Physical: Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50–60 lbs.
- Experience: Previous experience in delivery and warehouse operations.
- Compliance: Must pass a DOT physical and background check. Must also pass a DOT drug test and remain enrolled in our random drug testing policy.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, organization, and customer service skills.
