Responsibilities

Help create unforgettable guest experiences at Canyon Ranch.

As the Resort Programming Manager, you'll execute signature wellness programming, immersive events, guest speakers, evening entertainment, and enrichment experiences that elevate the Canyon Ranch guest journey. Working closely with the Director of Program Operations and Logistics, you'll coordinate programming from concept through execution while partnering with teams across the resort to deliver seamless, exceptional experiences.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Plan and execute resort programming, featured events, and immersions.
  • Coordinate speakers, entertainers, vendors, contracts, and event logistics.
  • Partner with Marketing to promote upcoming programming.
  • Oversee the Daily Ranch Schedule and ensure timely communication across departments.
  • Monitor program budgets, participation, and guest feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Reservations, Guest Services, Food & Beverage, Conference Services, and Wellness teams to ensure successful execution.

Qualifications

Experience Required
Significant specialized experience (6-10 years’ experience in same or related field). Experience in hospitality, event planning, programming, or guest experience preferred.

Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.

Experience managing multiple priorities and working cross-functionally.

Budget management and vendor coordination experience preferred.

Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.


Education Required

Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Valid Driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
