The Role

The Housekeeper (B) supports the daily operations, presentation, and functionality of a private ranch and estate environment. 

This role helps maintain high standards across groundskeeping, household support, ranch operations, office upkeep, hospitality services, and general property maintenance.


The ideal candidate is a hands-on, service-minded professional who takes pride in keeping spaces clean, organized, welcoming, and efficient. This person must be comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced luxury ranch, hospitality, and development environment.


This position requires flexibility, professionalism, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to anticipating needs and completing tasks with minimal supervision.


What You’ll Do

Property & Grounds Operations

  • Help maintain the property’s appearance and support seasonal outdoor projects.
  • Assist with garden care, including planting, harvesting, and seasonal maintenance.
  • Rake riding areas and help uphold ranch presentation standards.

Household & Office Operations

  • Support day-to-day household and operational activities.
  • Clean and maintain office spaces and shared areas throughout the property.
  • Collect trash and recycling from all buildings and transport it to designated disposal areas.
  • Restock restroom supplies and maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Restock refrigerators and hospitality areas in offices, sales spaces, break rooms, barns, and residences.
  • Perform daily office cleaning and organization.
  • Prepare guest rooms and accommodation for upcoming occupancy.
  • Clean interior and exterior windows as needed. 
  • Keep all facilities organized, clean, and welcoming.

Maintenance & Property Support

  • Report maintenance and repair needs and help coordinate scheduled work as needed.

Event & Hospitality Support

  • Support property events, gatherings, and hospitality functions.
  • Assist with event setup, breakdown, organization, and cleanup. 
  • Provide exceptional guest service and assist visitors, members, residents, and vendors professionally. 

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Assist with household and operational administrative tasks including invoices, budgets, supply tracking, and scheduling support. 
  • Support inventory management for household, office, ranch, and hospitality supplies. 
  • Coordinate grocery and supply run as needed. 
  • Maintain records related to maintenance, vendors, and operational tasks. 
  • Assist leadership with errands and special projects as assigned.
Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills: 

  • Must be able to work full-time Thursday & Friday 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm and Saturday, Sunday and Monday 11am to 8:00 pm. 
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the Unites States.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • Strong work ethic with a proactive, hands-on attitude.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high luxury standards.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. 
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
  • Ability to multitask and shift priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organized environment by following all safety procedures, using proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision under pressure.

As a condition of employment applicants must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.


Physical Requirements

  • Frequently walk across large properties and varying terrain.
  • Regular bending, kneeling, lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying materials.
  • Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable working in Texas weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, wind, mud, dust and uneven terrain.

Schedule: Flexible schedule required, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as business needs dictate.
