Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:

  • Warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage and valet services, and facilitate smooth check-ins and check-outs.

  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for ranch amenities, activities, and local attractions.

  • Safely operate shuttle vehicles, manage guest vehicle logistics, and maintain accurate records of vehicles and keys.

  • Set up and break down areas for events, classes, and guest experiences, handling supplies and equipment as needed.

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of public areas, event spaces, and guest amenities; report maintenance needs promptly.

  • Support operational tasks including delivering linens, packages, and mail, tracking inventory, and assisting with labeling and shipping.


Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history.

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service required.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with guests effectively.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a focus on guest satisfaction.

The pay rate for this position starts at $20.67/hour.
