Join our operations team and play a key role in maintaining safe, efficient, and high-quality ramp activities. The Ramp Safety Officer ensures compliance with safety protocols, leads by example, and supports the smooth coordination of ground operations to keep everything running on time and to standard. With the three business segments of Airline Catering, International Event Catering, and Restaurants, Lounges & Hotels, we offer gourmet entertainment all over the world. We operate in 33 locations, 12 countries and 3 Continents, maintaining the highest standard of quality in both our products and services. We refine the classics, develop the unknown and grow constantly - sometimes beyond our own expectations.

Responsibilities: Coordinate transportation activities between the main production site, logistics unit, and airport to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products, goods, and services. Plan, forecast, schedule, and communicate all transportation activities to support smooth operations. Oversee supply chain management processes for efficiency and accuracy.

Train and supervise employees on ramp safety SOPs; motivate team members to maintain high performance and safety standards. Ensure training records are current and compliant with company requirements. Report and escalate all fleet-related issues to management with proposed solutions.

Communicate equipment orders and logistics updates to employees, vendors, and customers. Support ramp operations and assist with additional duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: Excellent planning and coordination skills All airport-related positions require applicants to successfully complete the mandatory airport security clearance process for their assigned location.

This includes meeting all TSA and U.S. Customs requirements, as outlined in 49 CFR ยง1542.209, and obtaining the appropriate airport-issued identification badge (e.g., SIDA, AOA, or equivalent), in accordance with local airport authority regulations Strong team leadership and communication abilities Proven dedication to customer service and attention to detail Solution-oriented mindset and effective decision-making skills Hands-on mentality with flexibility for different shifts (nights, weekends, holidays) Ability to meet airport ID requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field (transportation, logistics, or operations) High school diploma or equivalent required Proficient computer skills (MS Office, logistics systems, or related tools) Valid drivers license What we offer: Pay rate: $27.00 Full-time employees are eligible for 401K and healthcare benefits; Medical, Dental & Vision.
