About the Role:
Join Original Rainbow Cone as our Hourly General Manager in Surprise, AZ! This exciting opportunity allows you to lead a passionate team while delivering delightful experiences to our customers through our iconic ice cream offerings.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to provide exceptional guest service.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor financial performance around food, packaging, and labor costs. 
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and creativity.
  • Candidate will not have much administrative duties, franchise owners handle this. 
Requirements:
  • Previous management experience in a similar food service concept
  • Experience with Starbucks, Dutch Brothers, Dunkin Donuts all a plus
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, this position will be mostly evenings and weekends
  • Knowledge of inventory management and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Must be 18 years or older and have a valid food handler's permit.
