They are looking for a specialist in Software Systems Testing & Integration to support on the: integration, validation, and delivery of complex, softwaredriven systems. The role will have great opportunities for progression and development. This position sits at the heart of project delivery, taking ownership (from very early stages) of integration, verification, validation, and qualification activities across the full lifecycle of complex rail systems. You will work on some industry leading systems & products that improve the safety and reliability of the rail industry.

Responsibilities & Scope of Role The Senior IVVQ Engineer will: Defining and executing test strategies across system and subsystem level Leading integration activities across hardware and software components Identifying, investigating, and resolving system defects Supporting client-facing validation and acceptance testing Working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure successful delivery Essential Experience Extensive experience across Systems Engineer / V Lifecyle orientated roles & Systems Integration Knowledge & experience of following: Linux (eg Command Skills), Cisco (networking, debugging, configuring) & SQL (eg write queries) & Python Software Systems Testing Background & writing Test Specs/Test Plans Ideally Signaling or Rail Industry experience.
