MDS Coordinator Summary:
As the MDS Coordinator, you'll serve as the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI)/Minimum Data Set (MDS) Coordinator for our center. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and processing MDS assessments in accordance with CMS and LTCI regulations and guidelines. Must be an RN or LPN
MDS Coordinator Responsibilities:
Your impactful contributions will include:
- Collaborating with nursing caregivers and other disciplines to ensure accurate care plan goals
- Effective communication with various disciplines to facilitate timely completion and transmission of RAI/MDS
- Preparing accurate reports on Quality Measure/Quality Indicators (QM/QI) from RAI/MDS data
