Im ESPRiT Engineering Team entwickelst du KI-gestützte Agenten-Systeme, die komplexe Engineering-Prozesse brachenübergreifend automatisieren. Deine Lösungen gestalten das AI-assisted Engineering als Arbeitsweise der Zukunft. Durch den Einsatz fortschrittlicher LLM-Architekturen und RAG-Technologien transformieren sie Analyse, Dokumentation und Systems Engineering.

Aufgaben
  • Architekturentwicklung: Konzeption und Entwicklung von LLM-basierten Multi-Agenten-Systemen zur Automatisierung komplexer Analyse-, Dokumentations- und Engineering-Prozesse
  • Agentic Workflows: Implementierung intelligenter, iterativer Workflow-Schleifen (z. B. "Propose, Refine & Revise") mittels moderner Orchestrierungs-Frameworks wie LangGraph
  • Memory & Context Management: Aufbau robuster RAG- und Graph-RAG-Architekturen sowie Architekturen für das Langzeitgedächtnis von KI-Agenten
  • Datenintegration: Anbindung und Verwaltung von Vektor- und Graphdatenbanken zur statischen und dynamischen Kontextbereitstellung aus diversen Unternehmensquellen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium z. B. der Informatik, Computerlinguistik, Software Engineering, Mathematik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Sehr gute Programmierkenntnisse in Python und Erfahrung in der Backend-Entwicklung
  • Nachweisbare Praxis in der Entwicklung von LLM-Applikationen (API-Integration, Prompt Engineering, Tool-Calling, Agentic Workflows)
  • Umgang mit KI-Orchestrierungs-Frameworks (bevorzugt LangChain / LangGraph oder vergleichbare) wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) und im Umgang mit Vektordatenbanken (z. B. ChromaDB, Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus) wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung mit Graph-Datenbanken (z. B. Neo4j) und der Modellierung von Wissensgraphen wünschenswert
  • Berührungspunkte mit spezialisierten AI-Memory-Frameworks (wie Mem0 oder Zep) wünschenswert
  • Erste Erahrungen mit agilen Arbeitsweisen (z. B. Scrum oder Kanban) oder in cross-funktionalen Entwicklungsteams
  • Starkes analytisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, komplexe, vernetzte Daten- und Systemstrukturen zu modellieren
  • Strukturierte und methodische Arbeitsweise sowie professionelles Auftreten
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und hohe Lernbereitschaft
