JOB SUMMARY:
· The Sales Analyst partners with departments across the organization to facilitate data entry, create financial documentation, and ensure accuracy while maintaining processes to keep teams on track of project caseload.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Project Management (50%), Data Entry (50%), and Continuous Process Improvement.
* Utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) to  improve efficiency in documentation, data management, and reporting. 
- Build and maintain financial models and multi-year revenue projections, including cost analysis, pricing, and cashflow forecasting. 
· Constructively participate in developing and optimizing operational procedures and technical solutions.
· Serve as the go-to resource for sales reps: field questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on future deals.
· Ideal candidates should have Project Management skills to manage assigned projects.
· Meet with various teams to review project milestones, deadlines, and general status updates.
· Support business functions daily for communication, updates, and facilitating submission of rebate applications and documents.
· Develop a strong understanding of the EV charging industry and the corresponding rebate programs.
· Maintain and create documentation on business processes.
· Other duties as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
· 1-3 years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) or industry equivalent from an accredited school is a plus.
· Experience supporting a sales team.
· Strong Excel/Google Sheets experience (pivot tables, look-ups, advanced formulas,, macros, etc.)
· CRM experience (Zoho, Slack, etc.)
· Excellent analytical skills.
· Excellent listening, interpersonal, written(email), and oral communication skills.
· Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word.
· Confident in their ability to handle assigned projects and show performance in their work.
· Solution-Oriented, capable of problem-solving high-stakes cases with short notice.
· Experience working in a start-up company is a plus.
