As a Breast Radiologist (MD/DO) at Mercy Radiology Group, you will join a leading, 100% physician-owned radiology practice in our Redding, CA location, offering unparalleled career growth and work-life balance. We are actively seeking a board-certified or board-eligible radiologist with expertise in breast imaging, mammography, and interventional procedures to enhance our collaborative team. You will perform comprehensive breast imaging utilizing advanced Hologic tomosynthesis and ultrasound technology, along with stereotactic and MRI-guided biopsies.

We are offering the following incentives to eligible new hires:

  • Competitive Compensation: $500,000 - $550,000 with partnership profit distribution of approximately $100,000+.  Total base annual partner compensation = $650,000+
    Significant opportunities for internal moonlighting, extra shifts, additional lucrative per-click compensation.
  • $75,000 sign-on bonus (for full-time)

Required

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Radiology.
  • Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Preferred

  • Fellowship training in Breast Imaging preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to participate in general radiology is preferred.
