Interventional Radiology Technologist

Job Description
The Interventional Radiology Technologist will provide high-quality imaging support and patient care in the interventional radiology unit. This role requires performing diagnostic and interventional procedures as well as assisting with patient management during these procedures.
Responsibilities
  • Perform interventional radiological procedures, including Y-90 chemo delivery, GI bleeds, vein sampling, and cryoablations.
  • Assist in patient preparation and monitoring during procedures in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • Handle equipment setup, maintain a sterile environment, and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
  • Document procedures and patient information accurately using the EPIC documentation system.
  • Participate in call rotations, providing support during weekends and weeknights as required.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
  • 1 year of experience in Interventional Radiology preferred.
  • Current WA State License and ARRT certification in Radiography.
  • BLS certification is required.
  • Experience with advanced interventional procedures is preferred.
