Summary of Position
Support the Radiologic Technology Program through classroom, laboratory, and/or clinical instruction. Assist in fostering student learning, engagement, and professional development. Collaborate with program faculty and clinical affiliates to support student clinical experiences and program goals. Maintain effective communication with students, faculty, and clinical partners, provides timely feedback, and promotes best practices in radiologic science education. Participate in program activities as assigned and comply with university, program, and accreditation requirements.
Position Information
Plans, organizes, teaches, and provides feedback to promote and direct student success. Responds to students in a timely manner. Communicates with students, departments, and university officials via university provided tools and resources.

Qualifications and Competencies
Required Certifications, Training, and/or Licensures: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification and registration, or equivalent, in radiography.
Sponsorship and/or Work Authorization Status: Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Minimum Qualifications: An earned Associate of Applied Science (AAS) or Associate of Science (AS) in Radiologic Technology; minimum two years of full-time professional clinical experience in diagnostic radiography; American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification and registration, or equivalent, in radiography.
Preferred Qualifications: An earned bachelor's degree in radiologic sciences or a related field. Master's degree in education, Radiologic Sciences, or another health-related discipline. Prior experience in teaching, clinical instruction, or workforce training. Experience coordinating a Radiologic Technology program or another health-related educational program. Demonstrated ability to support student success, curriculum development, and program administration.
Physical Requirements: In accordance with the U.S. Department of Labor physical demands strength ratings, this position will perform light work.
Light: work involves exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects, requiring: (1) walking or standing to a significant degree; (2) sitting most of the time while pushing or pulling arm or leg controls; or (3) working at a production rate pace while constantly pushing or pulling materials even though the weight or the materials is negligible. (The constant stress and strain of maintaining a production rate pace, especially in an industrial setting, can be and is physically demanding of a worker even though the amount of force exerted is negligible.)
