ABOUT CHIEF'S
Chief's on Broadway is a six-story bar and live music venue celebrating the ever-expanding musical legacy of Eric Church. Set in the heart of downtown Nashville, Chief's brings together music, design, and culinary offerings for an unmatched entertainment experience in Music City. The first floor houses a broadcast studio, home to Church's Outsiders Radio on SiriusXM, with the capability to host programming from a range of media partners. Food and drink are available throughout the venue, along with a new street-facing frozen Greek yogurt walk-up window from Nashville-based Culture Club. The third and fourth floors hold a ticketed live music venue that has hosted residencies from Eric Church, among others. Beginning September 2026, Miami-based Palm Tree Club will take over the rooftop, adding a new dimension to the venue. Chief's is located at the corner of 2nd Avenue and Broadway. ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Marketing and Promotions with a variety of exciting and dynamic marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Social Media Management: Overseeing and executing social media strategies, from content creation and design to implementation and engagement.
  • Event and Promotion Support: Assisting with street teaming efforts to boost awareness and attendance for Chief's on Broadway and The Neon Steeple's live music events.
  • Marketing Activations: Contributing to creative marketing activations and campaigns that drive visibility and audience engagement.
  • Community Outreach: Engaging in proactive outreach to connect with potential clients and partners.
  • Promotional Marketing: Supporting targeted marketing efforts to enhance the reach and impact of music-related promotions.

This role demands a proactive and flexible individual who is enthusiastic about being on the front lines of promotion, actively engaging with the community, and encouraging guests to experience our venue. Availability for nights, holidays, and weekends will be essential to accommodate various events and marketing needs. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Tasks include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities
  • This role assists in executing our day-to-day marketing and promotions efforts, helping us grow Chief's audience and creating closer alignment with our guests
  • This person, will be responsible for multiple tasks that are essential to the success of Chief's on Broadway marketing efforts including audience research, coordination, and delivery of marketing assets to partners, and social media/digital management
  • Perform a range of administrative, promotional, and marketing support duties
  • Your primary responsibility will be to handle the majority of our day-to-day marketing efforts
  • Promotions: Complete all promotional tasks with local business/partners. Distribute marketing collateral and help promote events throughout the district
  • On-Property Marketing: Responsible for fulfilling on-property marketing initiatives designed to deliver a premium experience to Chief's guests
  • Social Media: Support Chief's social media efforts by scheduling content, brainstorming and creating content

  • Must be able to sit, stand and walk regularly
  • Must be able to sustain loud noise volume
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Professional and effective communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays if needed due to events
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service and creating fun and memorable marketing activations
