Description
Summary: Operate Isocure core-making machine and perform core finishing operations to produce cores for molding operation. Set up, operate, and perform routine adjustments to the core-making machine. Install and remove core boxes from the core-making machine. Complete and/or enter weight records and core process information as required. Monitor the quality of cores and tooling during the production run and notify supervisor of any quality, mechanical or delay problems. Remove cores from the box, and clean, drill, dip, glue and assemble as required. Place and stack cores in appropriate rack, storage container, or upon conveyor.
Perform all tasks with safety and quality in mind and in accordance with established procedures and process instructions. Take necessary action to minimize delay time and maximize production.
Monday-Friday: 06:00am-4:30pm, with Saturdays if needed
