What are RAC Nurses?

RAC Nurses, or Residential Aged Care Nurses, are registered or enrolled nurses who provide healthcare to residents in aged care facilities. They are responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, administering medications, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of elderly residents.
