RAB Lighting is seeking an experienced, results-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations, develop a high-performing team, and drive overall site performance. This highly visible leadership role is responsible for all warehousing activities, personnel, and operational excellence.

We're looking for a leader who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. The right candidate will drive accountability, develop their team, and create a culture focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do
  • Own and oversee warehouse operations, ensuring performance goals are met across safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates while setting clear expectations and driving accountability for safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Drive a culture where employees consistently exceed customer expectations in quality, delivery, and service.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management through cycle counts, audits, and inventory control best practices.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures that improve consistency and efficiency.
  • Optimize warehouse layout, material flow, and operational processes to maximize productivity.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Enforce all company safety policies and warehouse regulations, ensuring a safe work environment for every employee.
  • Resolve operational issues quickly while maintaining high service levels.
  • Manage departmental budgets and support cost-control initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of warehouse experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • A proven leader who motivates teams, develops employees, and builds accountability.
  • A hands-on manager who balances operational leadership with team development and knows when to step in to help drive results.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
