We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a pay rate of $18/hr. however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Job Description:
Assemble and support medical device manufacturing processes in a regulated environment.
* Assemble, test, and refurbish electro-mechanical devices
* Follow work instructions, schematics, and wiring diagrams
* Perform visual inspections and quality checks
* Use testing and inspection equipment to verify specifications
* Maintain accurate production and quality records
* Report defects, issues, and safety concerns
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED
* 1-2 years of assembly/manufacturing experience (or equivalent)
* Ability to read technical instructions and follow procedures
* Basic computer skills (MS Office, Windows)
* Able to work 10-hour shifts (4 days/week) with overtime as needed
* Familiarity with tools, assembly processes, or ERP systems
