Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle and proficiency in Excel are typically required, along with knowledge of financial close processes. Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and effective communication are vital soft skills in this role. These skills and qualities ensure accurate financial statements, compliance with regulations, and efficient month-end and year-end closing processes.
