Position Overview

Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking a strategic and experienced Global Process Owner (GPO) – Record to Report (R2R) to join Memorial Hermann Health System in Brentwood, Tennessee. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving the global Record-to-Report strategy, standardizing financial processes, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance across finance and shared services functions.

The Global Process Owner will partner with finance, accounting, IT, and business leaders to optimize end-to-end R2R processes, leverage Oracle technologies, and implement best practices that support organizational growth and operational excellence. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from approximately $130,000 to $160,000 annually based on experience.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of progressive leadership experience in finance, accounting, shared services, or global business services.
  • Deep expertise in Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, including:
    • Financial Close
    • General Ledger (GL) Management
    • Account Reconciliations
    • Financial Consolidations
    • Financial Reporting
  • Oracle ERP experience required.
  • Experience within a Shared Services or Global Business Services (GBS) environment.
