Client Summary Provides virtual support services to reduce clinical and administrative workload. Offers tools and services for documentation, coding, and revenue cycle operations. Uses technology and remote expertise to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Helps organizations streamline workflows and focus more on patient care. Position Responsibilities Sell the full RCM suite nationwide, including prior authorization, coding, billing, denials management, and patient access services. Generate new business in outpatient settings such as physician groups, clinics, ASC, and specialty practices.

Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through contracting with minimal oversight. Partner closely with internal coding teams, operations, and product teams to align solutions to client needs. Engage customers with integrity; no pressure-based tactics or reliance on Rolodex-only selling.

Educate prospects on the value of the growing AI-driven RCM tools, including the new prior auth prototype. Handle objections and negativity associated with early-stage AI RCM tools; maintain resilience and strategic messaging. Work cross-functionally to resolve escalations and support smooth handoffs to account management.

Contribute to up-market expansion as they grow into larger outpatient and enterprise environments. Experience & Skills Required Experience and Qualifications Strong background in outpatient RCM, including coding, billing, denials, scrubbing, prior authorization, eligibility, and patient access. Previous experience selling RCM, medical coding, or revenue cycle technology/services.

Self-sufficient, disciplined, mature sales professional with an entrepreneurial mindset. Ability to sell new and evolving products without complaining about lack of references or leads. Comfortable working remotely, independently, and without formal pipeline inspections.
